Bay Management Group has been managing my rental property in Ba pm ltimore since 2021 and it has been a wonderful experience with prompt responses My property manager, Roxanne Cabal has been fantastic! She has been very professional, friendly and reliable and always accessible when I need anything. She promptly gets in touch with me when something needs my attention and gets issues resolved with my tenants just as fast. I am very happy with her professionalism and management of my property.

When someone invaded my checking account, I had to cancel it. Unfortunately this happened at the same time that my rent payment was due. I was lost about how to straighten all this out. I called Val and he helped my reinstate my automatic payments with the new account and then contacted the owners to explain why my payment was late. They understood and so everything is all settled to everyone's satisfaction. It is good to know that if i run into problems I can turn to Val for help
