Our Property Management Fees & Rates
Committed to Providing Affordable Property Management Solutions
We Only Charge Four Fees:
1. Onboarding Fee
We charge a one-time onboarding fee of $99 to initiate our property management services. This fee includes account setup, initial property assessments, and coordination of any necessary paperwork or service arrangements.
2. Monthly Management Fee
Our competitive management fee varies based on the number of units you have with Bay Property Management Group. While some owners pay as low as 3% and others up to 10%, our typical management fee ranges between 5-8%.
3. Leasing Fee
When we successfully place a tenant in your vacant unit, we charge a leasing fee equivalent to one month’s rent. This fee is only applied once the tenant has moved in, not upfront. This ensures you pay only for successful placements.
4. Lease Renewal Fee
Our lease renewal fees generally range from $100 to $299. The exact fee depends on the specific area and jurisdiction, ensuring it reflects local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
